WSCBET Review 2026: Licence, Bonus Terms & Safety Check
WSCBET (Malaysia, MYR) checked 1 Nov 2026: Hotdog Gaming slots and clear banking, but no licence named and 30x bonus. Score 3.4/10.

In this article
Verdict: WSCBET carries Hotdog Gaming slots and publishes a clear banking table, but it calls itself “licensed” without naming any regulator, licence number or company, its terms offer no deposit limits or self-exclusion, and both welcome bonuses are costly or hard to cash out. HotStakes Score: 3.4/10.
WSCBET is an online sportsbook and casino for Malaysian ringgit (MYR) players, with sports, esports, live casino, slots, poker and 4D. We read its public pages, promotion terms, Banking page, Terms & Conditions and Responsible Gaming page on 1 November 2026, looked for any licence we could check on a regulator’s register, and searched for complaints. HotStakes did not open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Gambling laws differ by country. In Malaysia, police have charged thousands of people with online gambling offences (FMT), so check your own local law first.
Quick verdict
Score: 3.4 / 10
Licence checked: No licence shown (no regulator or number named, checked 1 Nov 2026)
Best for: trying Hotdog Gaming slots with small stakes and no bonus, if gambling is legal where you live
What we checked (1 Nov 2026)
- The public mobile home page and desktop site, including the footer
- The About Us, Terms & Conditions, Responsible Gaming, Banking and Contact pages
- The public Slots and Live Casino lobbies (no login)
- The Promotions page and the full terms of the Sportsbook and Slot Games welcome bonuses
- Web searches in English and Malay for scam, withdrawal and complaint reports, and for regulator warnings
- The bonus maths with the HotStakes wagering calculator
How we tested: public pages and lobby check only. HotStakes made no deposit or withdrawal at WSCBET for this review.
Not done, by design: no account, no deposit, no withdrawal, no chat with support. Anything about payments below is what WSCBET states, not a test result. How we review operators.

HotStakes Score: 3.4 / 10
Every review uses the same fixed checklist. The full method is on How we review operators.
| Area | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Licence verified | 0 / 2 | Calls itself “licensed” but names no regulator, licence number or company, so there is nothing to check on a register |
| Safety & reputation | 0.8 / 2 | No complaints or regulator warnings found naming WSCBET; but its FAQ says it “operates legally in Malaysia”, and it gives itself 9.0–9.6/10 ratings |
| Bonus fairness | 0.4 / 1.5 | Sportsbook bonus needs 30x on deposit plus bonus; slots bonus needs a x4 balance before any withdrawal and caps it at x6; banner and terms do not match |
| Payments transparency | 0.8 / 1 | Clear table of methods, limits and stated times; no fees stated; every deposit must be bet once |
| Responsible-gambling tools | 0.2 / 1 | RG page with warning signs and a Gamblers Anonymous link; no deposit limits, cool-off or self-exclusion described |
| Featured studios & game range | 0.7 / 1 | Hotdog Gaming tile in the slots lobby, plus about 30 slot studios and 10 live studios; no StakeGO or Pretty Gaming tile seen |
| Transparency | 0.2 / 1 | Terms exist, but name no company, address or governing law; they refer to “WSCBETS.com”, not the domain in use |
| Site & mobile | 0.3 / 0.5 | English, Malay and Chinese; a mobile site and Android app; we did not complete a full 390px test |
| Total | 3.4 / 10 |

Licence: no licence shown
The footer of the desktop site (seen 1 Nov 2026) describes WSCBET as “a licensed and trusted online casino”, but it shows no regulator, no licence number, no seal and no company name. The About Us and Terms pages name no licence holder either. The footer reads “Copyright © 2009-2025 WSCBET”.
Two other claims on the Live Casino page worry us:
- Its FAQ answers “Is it against the law for me to play Wscbet Casino games in Malaysia?” with “Yes, Wscbet operates legally in Malaysia”. HotStakes knows of no Malaysian licence for online casinos, and Malaysian police treat online gambling as an offence (FMT).
- The page gives each live studio “License: Regulated”, “Payout time: Prompt” and ratings of 9.0–9.6/10. These are the site’s own marketing scores, not an independent check.
Without a regulator name or number, there is no register to look up. Result: No licence shown. Read how to spot an unlicensed online casino.

Our games: Hotdog Gaming
- Hotdog Gaming: a Hotdog Gaming tile is in the Slots lobby (seen 1 Nov 2026). Try the slots free first on our WSCBET operator page.
- StakeGO: the Live Casino page has a text section about StakeGO under its old studio name, but we saw no StakeGO tile in the Live Casino lobby on the day.
- Pretty Gaming: not seen.
- Live casino studios we saw: Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Dream Gaming, DB, GamePlay, ON Casino and Joker baccarat, plus two more tiles. The page title also names Allbet.
- Slot studios we saw: about 30, including Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Habanero, JILI, Joker, Live22, Funky Games, KA Gaming, Smartsoft, EpicWin, MegaH5, and the app-based 918Kiss, 918Kaya, Mega888, Pussy888, Evo888 and XE88.
- Sports: WBET, SABA, SBOBET, BTI, 3SING, CMD and FB Sports, plus IM and IA esports.
We did not open individual games, as that needs a login.
Bonuses and the real terms
The Promotions page listed about 30 offers on 1 Nov 2026: welcome bonuses for sportsbook, esports, live casino, slots and “special slots” (918Kiss, Mega888 and similar apps), daily and reload bonuses, rebates up to 0.80%, VIP rewards, a referral programme and event prizes. We read the full terms of the two main welcome offers. All quotes are from the English version.
Sportsbook Welcome Bonus 100% (up to MYR 888)
- 100% on the first deposit; minimum deposit MYR 30; maximum bonus MYR 888. One time only, new members.
- “Total deposit and bonus amount subjected to x30 turnover before any withdrawal can be made.” WSCBET’s own example: MYR 200 deposit + MYR 200 bonus = MYR 12,000 of bets.
- Sportsbook only. Live casino, slots, fishing and 4D are excluded, and “all winning amount will be forfeited” if you bet on them.
- Not counted: draws, void bets, bets on both sides, and odds below Euro 1.50 or Asian 0.5.
- Expiry: 30 days from the day you get the bonus.
- Not stated: a maximum bet or a maximum cashout.
Slot Games Welcome Bonus (the banner says “88% Up To MYR 388”, but the terms below it say 100% and “up to MYR 500”)
- 100% on the first deposit; minimum MYR 30; maximum bonus MYR 500. Slots only; 918Kaya, 918Kiss, Evo888, Mega888, Pussy888 and XE88 are excluded.
- No turnover multiplier. Instead there is a “withdrawal requirement”: for deposits of MYR 30–100, your balance must reach at least 4x deposit plus bonus before you can withdraw, and you can withdraw at most 6x. For MYR 101–500, the minimum and maximum are both 5x.
- “Member must withdraw all balances in wallet, and any remaining balance will be auto forfeited by system.”
- Expiry: 30 days. Only 50% of slot bets and 25% of fishing bets count towards turnover.
The general Terms also mention a “20 times turnover requirement” for bonuses and a maximum payout of MYR 100,000 per bet. They let WSCBET “at its sole discretion” void winnings and forfeit balances.
Worked example (HotStakes wagering calculator)
Sportsbook: deposit RM100 and get RM100. With 30x on deposit plus bonus, our wagering calculator shows you must bet RM6,000. With a typical bookmaker margin of about 5% (95% return), the expected loss while wagering is about RM300, so the bonus is worth about -RM200 on average. In plain words: on average the bonus costs more than it gives you.
Slots: deposit RM100 and get RM100. You cannot withdraw anything until your balance reaches RM800, and the most you can take out is RM1,200. Turning RM200 into RM800 in a game with a house edge happens less than 1 time in 4 (in a perfectly fair game it would be exactly 1 in 4). If you stop or run out before RM800, you leave with nothing from this offer. These are long-run averages, not predictions. Read why you cannot withdraw before turnover and how game contribution changes the real turnover.

Payments (as stated by WSCBET, not tested)
The Banking page (seen 1 Nov 2026) gives a full table in MYR:
- Deposits: GSPAY, DGPAY and LUXEPAY (RM10–10,000, “1 Minute”); WSCPAY, WSCPAY e-wallet and QR (RM10 or RM50 up to 30,000, “1 Minute”); DGPAY QR, FPAY and LUXEPAY QR (lower maximums); TelcoPay (RM10–100); online banking (RM30–50,000, “3 Minutes”); ATM transfer and cash deposit. IBG transfers take 1–2 working days.
- Withdrawals: “Quick Withdrawal” RM50–5,000, operator states “10 – 15 Minutes”; local bank transfer RM5,001–50,000, operator states “24 Hours”. Daily maximums depend on VIP level.
- Fees: none stated.
- 1x deposit rule: “Deposit without promotion is subjected to x1 turnover prior withdrawal.” You must bet every deposit once before you can withdraw it.
- Name match and KYC: withdrawals only go to a bank account in your registered name; large withdrawals “might take longer time for verification”. The Terms say WSCBET may ask for ID, passport, a bank statement or a copy of your card.
HotStakes did not test any of these times. Read our guide to deposit turnover rules before you deposit.

Safety and reputation
- Player complaints: our searches on 1 Nov 2026 in English (“WSCBET scam”, “WSCBET withdrawal problem”, “WSCBET complaint”) and Malay (“tipu”, “tak bayar”) found no complaints naming WSCBET, and no WSCBET pages on the big complaint sites. No complaints is not the same as a proven record.
- Regulator warnings: none found naming WSCBET.
- Independent reviews: none found. Search results were mostly promotional profiles for “wscbetvip” posted on unrelated sites.
- Who runs it: unknown. No company, address or governing law appears on any page we read.
- Marketing claims: “licensed and trusted”, “operates legally in Malaysia” and self-given 9.0–9.6/10 ratings. HotStakes could not verify any of them.
We found no complaints and no regulator action, so we did not issue a scam alert. But with no named operator and no licence, a player would have nobody to complain to in a dispute. If you have had a problem with WSCBET, tell us in Scam Watch and read our complaint guide.
Responsible gambling
- RG page: present, with a “never gamble if” list and a link to Gamblers Anonymous (1 Nov 2026).
- Tools: no deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, cool-off or self-exclusion are described on the RG page or in the Terms.
- Age: the Terms say you certify you are at least 18 when you register, and WSCBET may ask for proof of age.
If gambling stops being fun, read how to deal with the urge to gamble.
Site and mobile
- Languages and currency: English, Malay and Chinese; Malaysian ringgit.
- Mobile: a separate mobile site with a bottom menu, an Android app download, and download links for the slot apps. We did not complete a full 390px phone test.
- KYC: see Payments above.
- Support (listed, not tested): 24-hour live chat on the Contact page, plus Facebook, YouTube and Telegram channels.
Pros and cons
Pros
- Hotdog Gaming slots in the lobby
- Clear banking table with minimums, maximums and stated times
- Large range of slot, live and sports providers
- Written bonus terms with expiry, excluded games and the base for turnover
- No complaints or regulator warnings found naming WSCBET
Cons
- No regulator, licence number or company named, so no licence can be checked
- FAQ wrongly suggests online casino play is legal in Malaysia
- Sportsbook bonus: about -RM200 expected value on RM100
- Slots bonus: no withdrawal until 4x, capped at 6x; banner and terms disagree
- No deposit limits or self-exclusion described
- Every deposit must be bet once before you can withdraw it
Who it suits, and who should avoid it
May suit: adult MYR players, where gambling is legal for them, who want Hotdog Gaming slots, play without a bonus, and keep stakes small. Free demos on HotStakes are a safer first step.
Should avoid: anyone who needs a licence and a company they can hold to account, anyone planning large deposits, bonus hunters, anyone who needs deposit limits or self-exclusion, and anyone where online gambling is illegal, including Malaysia under current law.

FAQ
Is WSCBET licensed?
WSCBET calls itself “licensed”, but on 1 Nov 2026 we found no regulator, licence number or company named anywhere on its site, so there was no register entry we could check.
Is WSCBET legal in Malaysia?
Its FAQ says it “operates legally in Malaysia”. HotStakes knows of no Malaysian licence for online casinos, and Malaysian police treat online gambling as an offence. Check your own local law.
What is the WSCBET welcome bonus?
For sports, 100% up to MYR 888 with 30x turnover on deposit plus bonus within 30 days. For slots, 100% up to MYR 500, where your balance must reach 4x to 6x deposit plus bonus before you can withdraw.
Is the WSCBET bonus worth it?
On average, no. For a RM100 sportsbook deposit you must bet RM6,000, which costs about RM300 at a 5% margin. The slots offer needs a RM800 balance from RM200 before any withdrawal.
How fast are WSCBET withdrawals?
WSCBET states 10–15 minutes for RM50–5,000 and 24 hours for RM5,001–50,000. HotStakes did not test any payment.
Did HotStakes deposit at WSCBET?
No. HotStakes reviewers never register, deposit, withdraw or contact support at operators. We only read public pages and say what we could not verify.
Last checked 1 November 2026. Next check by 31 December 2026, or sooner if WSCBET’s offers, terms or licence information change.
