These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of hotstakes.io and its pages, tools, forum and newsletters (the “Site”). The Site is run by HotStakes, an independent directory curated by Cyndia Lee (“HotStakes”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who can use the Site

The Site is for adults only. You must be 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live if that is higher. You are responsible for checking that online gambling is legal where you are before you visit any operator we list. Nothing on the Site is an offer or invitation to gamble where gambling is not allowed.

2. What HotStakes is (and is not)

HotStakes is an information and comparison website. We do not own, run or control any casino, sportsbook, lottery or game we list.
We do not take bets, hold player funds or process deposits or withdrawals.
Any account you open, deposit you make or bonus you claim is a contract between you and that operator only. Their own terms apply.

3. Affiliate links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you sign up or deposit through them, we may earn a commission from the operator. This costs you nothing extra. Operators cannot pay to change our ratings or warnings. See How we review and our Disclaimer.

4. Information on the Site

We work hard to keep information correct, but bonuses, game lists, payment methods, limits, results and odds can change at any time without notice. 4D and lottery results, live scores and tool results (such as the USDT address check, wagering and RTP calculators) are for information only. Always confirm results with the official source and read the operator’s own terms before you play. The Site is provided “as is”.

5. Responsible gambling

6. Your account and the forum

If you create an account or post in the community forum, you agree to our Community Rules. You must not post anything illegal, abusive, misleading, spam, or anyone’s personal data. You must not post account logins, payment details or links that promote unlicensed operators. You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us a free, worldwide licence to show, store and moderate it on the Site. We may edit or remove posts and suspend accounts that break these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not: copy or scrape the Site at scale; try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the Site; use the tools to harass anyone; or use the Site for fraud or money laundering.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, logos, photos and data compilations belong to HotStakes or our licensors. Operator and game names, logos and images belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You may share links and short quotes with credit to HotStakes.

9. Links to other websites

We link to operator sites, official result sources and other websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, or what happens on them.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, HotStakes is not liable for: losses from gambling; any act, failure, closure or non-payment by an operator; decisions made on the basis of information or tools on the Site; or any indirect or consequential loss.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, the new Terms apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere you may also keep any rights given to you by the law of your home country.
