Report, don't accuse. In Scam Watch, describe what happened and what you saw. Don't name private individuals.
Be decent. No harassment, hate, threats or mocking scam victims.
Moderation. A new member's first post is checked by the HotStakes team before it appears. We remove anything that breaks these rules and may ban repeat offenders.
Not advice. Posts are members' opinions, not financial or legal advice. If you have lost money to a scam, contact your bank and police first: Malaysia NSRC 997, Singapore ScamShield Helpline 1799, Hong Kong Anti-Deception Coordination Centre 18222.
