NB99 Review 2026: Licence, Bonus Terms & Safety Check

Verdict: NB99 carries all three featured studios, but it shows no licence and names no company, its welcome bonus does not count on those studios, it has no deposit-limit or self-exclusion tools, and its terms let it keep a player’s whole balance, deposits included, for rule breaks. HotStakes Score: 3.2/10.

NB99 is a Thai baht (THB) online casino at numb9.link with live casino, slots, sports and lottery. We read its public pages, terms and promotions on 26 October 2026, searched for complaints and regulator warnings in English and Thai, and looked for any licence. HotStakes did not open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Below is what we found, with sources, and what we could not verify. Gambling laws differ by country. Online gambling and its advertising are illegal in Thailand (CasinoBeats, March 2026), so check your own local law first.

HotStakes Score: 3.2 / 10

Every review uses the same fixed checklist. The full method is on How we review operators.

Area	Score	Why
Licence verified	0.0 / 2	No licence, regulator, licence number or seal shown anywhere we looked
Safety & reputation	0.8 / 2	No complaints or warnings found, but no company named and very little independent history
Bonus fairness	0.5 / 1.5	x25 welcome turnover with no stated base; counts only on six named providers; harsh penalty terms
Payments transparency	0.3 / 1	Bank transfer and a stated 1–3 minute time, but no withdrawal limits or fees published, and minimums conflict
Responsible-gambling tools	0.1 / 1	A “20+ play responsibly” line only; no limits, cool-off or self-exclusion; no RG page
Featured studios & game range	1.0 / 1	Hotdog Gaming, StakeGO (Yeebet) and Pretty Gaming, plus Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and many more
Transparency	0.2 / 1	Terms are short and dated, but no company, address or licence; contact by LINE only
Site & mobile	0.3 / 0.5	Thai only; mobile-ready page and install-as-app option, but we did not complete a 390px test
Total	3.2 / 10

Licence: no licence shown

The footer of numb9.link shows only “© 2026 NB99. All rights reserved” and a “20+ play responsibly” line (seen 26 Oct 2026). There is no regulator name, licence number, seal or link. The terms do not mention a licence either. Their closing note says, in our translation, that “NB99 is only a developer and intermediary providing software services”. So the site does not say who actually runs the casino or holds the players’ money.

With no regulator named, there was no public register for us to search.

Result: No licence shown. This also means there is no outside body a player could complain to that we can confirm. Learn how to check claims in our licence check guide.

Our games: Hotdog Gaming, StakeGO and Pretty Gaming

• Hotdog Gaming: a HOTDOG provider tile is in the slot lobby (seen 26 Oct 2026). Try the most played Hotdog titles free first on our NB99 operator page.
• StakeGO (Yeebet) and Pretty Gaming: YEEBET and PRETTY tiles are in the live casino lobby (seen 26 Oct 2026).
• Other studios we saw: live casino from Sexy, SA Gaming, Allbet, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Dream Gaming, AG, Big Gaming, WM and others; slots from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Joker, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Red Tiger, Relax, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Habanero and many more.

We did not open individual games, as that needs a login.

Bonuses and the real terms

The promotions page lists 9 deposit offers (seen 26 Oct 2026, Thai, our translation). The main ones:

• New member 50%: minimum deposit THB 100, maximum bonus THB 10,000, turnover x25. Bets count only on PG Soft, Sexy Gaming, SABA Sports, SA Gaming, Allbet and Muay (boxing).
• New member 50% (PG only): same size, turnover x15, PG Soft slots only.
• Daily first deposit 10%: minimum THB 100, turnover x20. The card shows a maximum bonus of THB 100,000 in one place and THB 10,000 in another.
• Every deposit 5%: maximum THB 10,000, turnover x10.
• Small PG Soft offers: for example deposit THB 100 and play with THB 200, x3 turnover on deposit + bonus, maximum withdrawal THB 600; or deposit THB 20 for THB 100 credit, x10, maximum withdrawal THB 100.

Important: none of these offers count bets on Hotdog Gaming, StakeGO or Pretty Gaming. If you take a bonus and play those games, your bets will not reduce the turnover (terms section 05).

Other stated rules (terms sections 03, 05 to 07): you can withdraw only when turnover is complete and no bets or game rounds (including free spins or bought features) are left open; one promotion at a time; each promotion has its own maximum withdrawal “as stated when you claim it”; VPN use, opposite-side betting and multiple accounts are banned. Not stated for the 50% welcome offer: whether x25 applies to the bonus or to deposit + bonus, a maximum bet while wagering, an expiry date and a maximum withdrawal.

Worked example (HotStakes wagering calculator)

Deposit THB 1,000, get THB 500, x25 turnover, slots at 96% RTP, worked with our wagering calculator:

• If x25 applies to deposit + bonus: you must bet THB 37,500. Expected loss while wagering is about THB 1,500, three times the bonus (expected value about −THB 1,000).
• If x25 applies to the bonus only: you must bet THB 12,500, expected loss about THB 500 (expected value about zero).

Because NB99 does not say which base applies, ask in writing before you accept. These are averages, not predictions; real sessions swing both ways. Check a game’s return with our RTP calculator, and read why bonus expiry matters.

Payments (as stated by NB99, not tested)

• Methods: Thai bank transfer. Sign-up starts with bank account verification, and the bank account name must match your registered name (FAQ, terms section 02). The sign-up form lists Thai banks such as SCB, Kasikorn, Krungthai, Bangkok Bank and TTB. We saw no e-wallet or crypto option on public pages.
• Minimum deposit: the FAQ says “no minimum, from THB 1”. Bonus offers need THB 20 to THB 1,000.
• Deposit and withdrawal time: the FAQ states the system is automatic and “usually takes no more than 1–3 minutes”. Not verified by HotStakes.
• Withdrawal limits and fees: not published on the public pages we checked.
• Bank account changes: you cannot change your bank account yourself; you must ask support (FAQ).
• Void bets (terms 04): only the stake is returned; NB99 may cancel a pending withdrawal or take the amount from your balance or next deposit.
• Penalties (terms 07): if NB99 decides you broke a rule, it says it will cancel related winnings and bonuses, “seize the full account balance and not refund principal or deposits in any case”, and ban linked accounts. You can appeal to NB99 within 7 days. No outside dispute body is named.

Safety and reputation

• Complaints: searches on 25–26 Oct 2026 for “NB99 casino scam”, “NB99 askgamblers / casino.guru” and Thai terms meaning “NB99 cheats, can’t withdraw” found no complaints about this NB99. Results were about other brands.
• Regulator warnings and news: none found naming NB99.
• Track record: we found almost no independent coverage of the brand. No complaints is not the same as a proven record.
• Domain: the site runs on numb9.link. This may be one of several mirror addresses, which makes it harder to be sure you are on the real site.
• “Recent wins” ticker: the homepage shows a list of wins with masked phone numbers. We cannot verify it.
• Legal note: online gambling and related advertising are illegal in Thailand; in March 2026 Thai police arrested suspects linked to another online casino portal (CasinoBeats).

We found no credible reports of non-payment, so we did not issue a scam alert. The main risk is that, with no licence and no named company, a player has nowhere independent to turn if a withdrawal is refused. If you have had a problem with NB99, tell us in Scam Watch, read our complaint guide and our scam alerts.

Responsible gambling

• RG page: none. The site footer has only “20+ play responsibly, for people aged 20 and over”. A responsible-gaming address returned “not found” (26 Oct 2026).
• Age: the terms say 18+, while the footer says 20+. These do not match.
• Deposit limits, time limits, cool-off, self-exclusion: not mentioned in the terms or FAQ we read.
• Helplines: no links to support organisations.

If gambling stops being fun, read how to deal with the urge to gamble.

Site and mobile

• Language: Thai. An English address exists but showed Thai text when we checked.
• Currency: Thai baht.
• Mobile: the page is built for phones and offers “install as an app” from the browser. We did not complete a 390px phone test.
• KYC: bank account verification at sign-up; NB99 “may request more documents” for suspicious transactions (terms 02).
• Support: LINE (contact page) and Telegram (mentioned in the FAQ). Not tested.

Pros and cons

Pros

• All three featured studios: Hotdog Gaming slots, StakeGO and Pretty Gaming live tables
• Short, dated terms, with bonus turnover and provider rules shown on each offer
• Small PG Soft offers with low x1 to x3 turnover

Cons

• No licence shown and no company named
• Welcome bonus does not count on Hotdog, StakeGO or Pretty Gaming, and its x25 base is not stated
• Terms let NB99 keep the whole balance, deposits included, for rule breaks
• No limit or self-exclusion tools; age rule given as both 18+ and 20+
• No published withdrawal limits

Who it suits, and who should avoid it

May suit: adult players, where gambling is legal for them, who only want to try Hotdog Gaming, StakeGO or Pretty Gaming with very small amounts and no bonus.

Should avoid: anyone who needs a licence or company they can check, anyone who needs deposit limits or self-exclusion, anyone planning large deposits, anyone who wants to use a bonus on our featured studios, and anyone where online gambling is illegal, including Thailand under current law.

FAQ

Is NB99 licensed?

NB99 shows no licence, regulator or licence number on its site, and its terms do not mention one (checked 26 Oct 2026).

What is the NB99 welcome bonus turnover?

The new member bonus is 50% up to THB 10,000 from a THB 100 deposit, with x25 turnover. Bets count only on PG Soft, Sexy Gaming, SABA Sports, SA Gaming, Allbet and Muay.

Can I use the NB99 bonus on Hotdog, StakeGO or Pretty Gaming?

No. None of the 9 deposit offers we saw on 26 Oct 2026 list those studios as eligible for turnover.

How fast are NB99 withdrawals?

NB99’s FAQ says deposits and withdrawals are automatic and usually take 1–3 minutes. HotStakes did not test this, and NB99 publishes no withdrawal limits.

Who runs NB99?

We could not find out. The site names no company or address, and its terms describe NB99 only as a software developer and intermediary.

Did HotStakes deposit at NB99?

No. HotStakes never registers, deposits, withdraws or contacts support at operators. We only read public pages and say what we could not verify.

Last checked 26 October 2026. Next check by 25 December 2026, or sooner if NB99’s offers or terms change.
