Verdict: H3BET’s main welcome package has fair terms (x8 turnover on the bonus only) and its lobby carries Hotdog Gaming slots and StakeGO live tables, but the site names no licence, no regulator and no company, and its terms are only 15 lines long. HotStakes Score: 3.8/10.

H3BET (the site also calls itself H3LIVE) is a Malaysian ringgit (MYR) online casino and sportsbook at h3bet.com/my, with live casino, slots, fishing, P2P, lottery and horse racing. On 2 November 2026 we read its public pages, terms and promotions, looked for any licence, and searched for complaints and warnings. HotStakes did not open an account, deposit, withdraw or contact support. Below is what we found, with sources, and what we could not verify. Gambling laws differ by country, and online gambling is an offence in Malaysia, so check your own local law first.

What we checked (2 Nov 2026)

  • Homepage, About Us, Terms & Conditions, Responsible Gaming, How To Deposit, How To Withdraw and Contact pages on h3bet.com/my
  • Promotions list and the full terms of the “All Game Welcome Package” and the “288% Slot Welcome Bonus”
  • Live casino lobby and the Hotdog Gaming slot lobby
  • Any licence claim on the site and in its page code
  • Web searches for complaints and scam reports in English and Malay, complaint sites, regulator warnings and the domain record
  • Not done, by policy: registration, login, deposit, withdrawal, live chat. Why we never deposit

Licence: no licence shown

We found no licence logo, licence number, regulator name or licensee anywhere on h3bet.com/my (footer, About Us and Terms & Conditions, seen 2 Nov 2026). The footer only says “© 2026 H3LIVE. All rights reserved. 18+”.

Two places claim a licence without saying which one. The text on the live casino page says the casino “was launched with a license issued by a trustworthy gaming authority”, and the FAQ data in the homepage code says H3BET is “100% licensed and registered”. Neither names an authority, so there is nothing to look up on a regulator’s register. The same FAQ data also mentions “SMCrown online casino”, which looks like text copied from another site.

Result: no licence shown (not verified).

H3BET licence and safety check results, 2 November 2026
What we checked and found, 2 Nov 2026.

Our games: Hotdog Gaming and StakeGO

Seen in H3BET’s public lobby on 2 Nov 2026, without logging in:

  • Hotdog Gaming slots on the slots page (Hotdog tab), including Book Of Antique, Break The Ice!, Civilization Of Bull Bull and Bull Bull 2, Doom Squad, Fortune Lions, Giant Fruits, Lucky Mine, Summoner’s Valley, Super Road Machine, Sushi Saga and Vault Blast. Try Hotdog titles free first in our slots directory.
  • StakeGO live tables: the first tile on the live casino page is branded “H3 LIVE” and its image is labelled “yb” (Yeebet, StakeGO’s older name). Our H3BET operator page lists eight StakeGO roulette and blackjack tables for this site. We could not open the tables without logging in.
  • Pretty Gaming: not seen in the MYR lobby.
  • Other live studios shown: Pragmatic Play, Big Gaming, Playtech, Sexy, IDN Live, Dream Gaming, Evolution, SA Gaming, CQ9, WM Casino, Allbet, MT Live and CyberBetX. The slot lobby also lists Live22, Pragmatic Play, JILI, JDB, Joker, CQ9, Spadegaming, Nextspin, Amigo Gaming and more.

Bonuses and the real terms

Terms below were read on the promotions page on 2 Nov 2026 (“More Info” on each offer).

All Game Welcome Package (the main offer)

  • Who: new MYR members registered from 1 October 2025. You must reach the deposit tier within 48 hours of signing up and claim it yourself; one claim per member.
  • Tiers (total deposits in 48 hours → bonus): MYR 500 → MYR 88; MYR 1,000 → MYR 168; MYR 8,000 → MYR 888; MYR 18,000 → MYR 1,688; MYR 38,000 → MYR 2,888; MYR 100,000 → MYR 8,888. Each tier also adds gift points and a VIP level.
  • Turnover: x8 on the bonus only, in sports, live casino, slots and fishing. Deposits need x1 turnover before withdrawal.
  • Bets that don’t count: draws, cancelled or void bets, sports bets at odds below 1.75 (Euro) or 0.75 (Asian), and betting both even chances in one game.
  • Not stated: a maximum bet while wagering, a maximum cashout, and a time limit to finish the turnover.
  • Account freeze clause: H3BET may cancel bonuses and freeze “the entire account, including all funds” if it detects a shared IP, email, bank account, phone or computer, or other “suspicious activity”. It keeps “the final right of interpretation”.

The low turnover makes this one of the fairer welcome offers we have read. The catch is the design: the bonus grows with how much you deposit in your first 48 hours. Never deposit more than you planned just to reach a higher tier.

288% Slot Welcome Bonus

  • Match and cap: 288% of the first deposit, maximum bonus MYR 2,880 in the full terms (the promotions list says “up to MYR888”, so the two figures disagree). Minimum deposit MYR 30.
  • Turnover: x35 on deposit plus bonus, slots only (fishing excluded).
  • Withdrawals: H3BET may hold balances for 24–48 hours “for verification purposes” for everyone who claims this bonus.

Other offers on the page include a 100% live casino and sports welcome bonus (up to MYR 600), a 5% daily reload, a 1% daily rebate, a weekly “rescue” bonus on losses and a birthday bonus. We did not open each of their terms.

Worked examples (HotStakes wagering calculator)

We entered both offers into our wagering calculator at 96% RTP and 100% contribution:

  • Welcome package, MYR 1,000 deposit, MYR 168 bonus, x8 on bonus only: you must bet MYR 1,344; expected loss while wagering about MYR 54; expected value of the bonus about +MYR 114.
  • 288% slot bonus, MYR 100 deposit, MYR 288 bonus, x35 on deposit + bonus: you must bet MYR 13,580; expected loss about MYR 543; expected value about −MYR 255.

So the package is worth more than it costs on average, while the 288% slot bonus costs more than it gives. These are averages, not predictions: many players still lose their deposit before finishing. Our guide to cashback vs deposit bonuses explains why, and the RTP calculator shows what a session costs.

Payments (as stated by H3BET, not tested)

  • Deposit methods: local bank transfer, ATM cash deposit, payment gateway and crypto (USDT on TRC20) (How To Deposit). The footer shows logos for local banks, e-wallets, DuitNow, FPX and USDT. The About page also mentions credit and debit cards, which the deposit page does not list.
  • Withdrawal method: bank transfer to an account in the same name as your H3BET account (How To Withdraw).
  • Deposit time: operator states 5–15 minutes after funds are received.
  • Withdrawal time: operator states 5–15 minutes, longer at weekends, on bank holidays or if verification is needed. The terms say 5 to 30 minutes. Not verified by HotStakes.
  • Minimum deposit, limits and fees: not published. The deposit page says to ask customer service for the bank account number and minimum deposit.
  • Currencies: MYR, SGD, RMB, HKD, VND, THB and MMK, according to the help pages.
  • ID checks: the terms say H3BET “may request verification” of personal data and age; no document list or threshold is given.

Safety and reputation

  • Complaints: searches on 2 Nov 2026 for H3BET and H3LIVE with “scam”, “withdrawal” and “complaint”, in Malay (“tipu”, “tak bayar”), and on Casino Guru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot found no player complaints about this site.
  • Regulator warnings: none found naming H3BET. Malaysia’s MCMC blocks thousands of gambling sites a year (The Star), but it does not publish a searchable list.
  • Domain: ScamAdviser shows h3bet.com registered on 26 Sep 2014, with the owner hidden behind a privacy service. A long-lived domain is a small plus; a hidden owner is not.
  • Who runs it: no company is named in the terms. The homepage code lists only “Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia” and a phone number.
  • Look-alikes: search results for “H3BET” are full of profiles on unrelated sites using H3BET names and other domains (for example Vietnamese H3BET pages). We could not link them to this operator. Use only the address you trust.
  • Ambassador claim: the footer names a pool champion as “Brand Ambassador 2025/26” and links to his Wikipedia page. We found no independent confirmation.
  • Legal note: a Malaysian court has ruled that online gambling is an offence under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 (The Malaysian Insight).

We found no credible reports of non-payment, so we did not issue a scam alert. No complaints is not the same as a proven record, and with no licence there is no regulator to complain to. If you have had a problem with H3BET, tell us in Scam Watch, and read our scam alerts.

Responsible gambling

  • RG page: present (Responsible Gaming), with a 15-question self-test and advice on blocking software for children.
  • Help links: it lists gamblingtherapy.org, gordonmoody.org.uk and “gamecare.co.uk”. GamCare’s real address is gamcare.org.uk.
  • Limits, cool-off, self-exclusion: not described anywhere we could see. The page mentions only account history.
  • Age: 18+, or the age of majority where you live (terms and RG page); age checks are mentioned but not explained.

Site and mobile

  • Language and currency: English on the MYR site we checked; seven currencies listed in the help pages.
  • Support channels listed: 24/7 live chat, email, Facebook, WhatsApp, Line and WeChat on the Contact page. Not tested.
  • Mobile: the site sets a mobile viewport and says it works on phones and tablets. We did not confirm the layout at 390px this time.
  • Complaints process: none in the terms; no independent dispute service named.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Main welcome package needs only x8 on the bonus
  • Hotdog Gaming slots and StakeGO live tables in one lobby
  • Deposit and withdrawal times written down; USDT accepted
  • Domain in use since 2014; no complaints or warnings found

Cons

  • No licence, regulator or company named
  • Terms are 15 short lines with no complaints process
  • 288% slot bonus needs x35 on deposit + bonus, and its cap is stated two ways
  • Broad account-freeze clause in the bonus terms
  • No deposit limits or self-exclusion described
  • Minimum deposit and limits only available from support

Who it suits, and who should avoid it

May suit: adults in a country where online casino play is legal for them, who want Hotdog Gaming slots or StakeGO live tables, play small amounts, and understand they have no regulator to turn to.

Should avoid: anyone who needs a licence and a named company they can check, anyone who wants deposit limits or self-exclusion tools, players chasing the 288% slot bonus (the maths works against you), and anyone where online gambling is illegal, including Malaysia under current law.
