Is M777 legit?

45/100
Avoidm777biz.com · checked 2 Nov 2026

Score below 50. Serious problems found.

What we checked (30 Oct 2026). We read M777’s public pages (About Us, FAQ, Terms, Banking, Promotions, Contact) at m777biz.com and its mirror sites, looked for its licence on the regulators’ own registers, searched complaint sites, forums and the Bank Negara Malaysia and SC Malaysia alert lists, and checked the domain’s WHOIS record. We did not register, deposit, withdraw or contact support. M777 is listed in the HotStakes directory; this check uses the same formula as every other casino.

What we found. M777 says it is licensed under First Cagayan (CEZA, Philippines), but it names no company and no licence number, so the claim cannot be checked on any register, and the Philippines has since banned offshore gaming for foreign players. Games could not be inspected without an account. We found no documented case of M777 refusing to pay: one forum post alleging a RM7,200 loss could not be opened, and one LCB complaint has no details. The terms are mixed: rollover is a fair 20x, but withdrawal limits differ from page to page, a 10% charge applies if you bet less than half your deposit, and M777 may void winnings at its sole discretion. No company name or address appears anywhere. Payments are local bank transfer and e-wallets; no crypto addresses are shown publicly.

What readers should do. Score 45/100 means “avoid” under our formula, mainly because the licence cannot be verified and the operator is anonymous, not because of proven non-payment. If you still play, keep deposits small, read the withdrawal rules on all three pages before you deposit, and keep screenshots of every transaction. If M777 has not paid you, report it through Casino Check with your transaction details so we can update this page. Online gambling is illegal in Malaysia under current law; check your own local rules first.

Right of reply. The operator is welcome to reply through hotstakes.io/list-your-brand/ with a licence number and company name that can be checked on a regulator’s register; we will add any reply here, re-check fairly and fix proven mistakes the same day.

Licence
0/20
M777's About Us and FAQ pages say it is licensed under First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation (CEZA, Philippines). No company name, licence number or address is shown, so the CEZA verification page (which needs a company name) could not be used, and no public First Cagayan or PAGCOR list shows m777biz.com. Claimed but not found on any register. Footer badges do not count. source source source source

Could not inspect without an account. On 30 Oct 2026 the public slots and live-casino pages showed only login and deposit prompts; no demo links or game-frame hosts were visible. The lobby lists Hotdog Gaming, StakeGO, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and others as logos only. source source
Payout reports
10/20
No openable, dated non-payment complaint was found. One forum post titled 'M777 or M777live BIG BIG scam TIPU RM7200' exists on casinopub1.com but could not be opened; LCB.org shows one complaint with no details. Casino Guru, AskGamblers, Trustpilot, Reddit and Lowyat searches found nothing. M777 is not on the Bank Negara Malaysia Financial Consumer Alert list or the SC Malaysia investor alert list as at 30 Oct 2026. Isolated, unverified allegations only. source source source source
Trap terms
8/15
Default rollover is 20x deposit plus bonus (under 40x). Withdrawals are capped at MYR 50,000 a week in the T&C, while the FAQ and Banking pages give different daily limits. The Banking page adds a 10% 'service and administration charge' on the deposit if you bet less than 50% of it before withdrawing. The T&C let M777 void winnings and forfeit balances 'at its sole discretion'. No pay-a-fee-first clause and no dormant fee were found. source source source
