What we checked (1 Nov 2026). LOTUS303 is an Indonesia-facing casino that HotStakes lists with a direct link to lotus303dewa.com. We checked the licence claim against regulators’ registers and PAGCOR’s public notice, the public lobby and game pages, complaint sites and warning lists, the published terms, the domain records and the payment methods shown.
What we found. The site names no regulator, no licence number and no company; the footer reads only “@2026 LOTUS303 | 18+ | v1.55”. PAGCOR’s “Notice to the Public” lists “lotus303.casino” among websites that are “not related to or endorsed by PAGCOR”, and online gambling is illegal in Indonesia, so no local licence is possible. The lobby runs on a white-label platform used by many “303” brands and shows “RTP 96.5%” style badges on every tile; the “DEMO” button on a Pragmatic Play slot opened a login box, so we could not inspect the game host. The domain we link was registered on 1 October 2025 with the owner hidden, and the brand runs on several other addresses (lotus303jp.com, lotus303prediksi.com, lotus303.casino). Support is a Philippine WhatsApp number, Telegram and live chat. On the positive side, there is a public terms page: withdrawals need only 1x turnover of the deposit, go only to the member’s registered bank account, and we found no withdrawal complaints anywhere, so the payout score is not zero. The terms do let the site close accounts and cancel all bets and bonuses for “two-sided betting”, and sections 9 to 15 (withdrawals, bonuses, termination and forfeiture) show headings with no text.
What readers should do. Score 35/100: avoid. A brand with no licence, no company and a one-month-old domain gives you nothing to rely on if a withdrawal is refused, even if the written terms look fair. If you already have money there, withdraw what you can and keep screenshots of every transaction. LOTUS303 is welcome to reply with a licence number and company name that can be checked on a regulator’s register; we will add any reply here and re-check.
Right of reply. We looked for a public email for LOTUS303 on lotus303dewa.com on 1 Nov 2026: none found (only WhatsApp, Telegram and live chat). The operator can reply through hotstakes.io/list-your-brand/ and we will update this page.

| Licence | 0/20 | lotus303dewa.com names no regulator, no licence number and no company; the footer reads '@2026 LOTUS303 | 18+ | v1.55' (checked 1 Nov 2026). PAGCOR's public 'Notice to the Public' lists 'lotus303.casino' among websites 'not related to or endorsed by PAGCOR'. Online gambling is illegal in Indonesia, so no local licence exists. No licence claimed = 0. source source |
| Clone games | 10/20 | The public lobby lists Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, CQ9, Microgaming, Hotdog Gaming and 50+ other studios, with 'RTP 96.5%'-style badges on every tile ('Anti Rungkad' marketing). Hovering a Pragmatic Play tile shows a 'DEMO' button, but clicking it opened the login box (1 Nov 2026). Could not inspect without an account. Game art and logos load from files.sitestatic.net, a shared white-label platform. source |
| Payout reports | 10/20 | HotStakes has 0 visitor reports. We found no withdrawal complaints on Indonesian forums, Kaskus, Reddit or Facebook (searches 1 Nov 2026). However, the brand appears on PAGCOR's reported-websites notice, which we count as a regulator warning, so 10 rather than 20. source |
| Trap terms | 8/15 | A public terms page exists (1 Nov 2026). Fair points: deposits need only 1x turnover before withdrawal; withdrawals go only to the member's registered bank account, 24 hours a day. Risk points: the site 'reserves the right to close the account / cancel all bets and bonuses' for 'two-sided betting' on its own or other sites; sections 9 to 15 (withdrawals, bonuses, termination, account closure or forfeiture) show only headings with no text, so the actual withdrawal and confiscation rules are not readable. source |
| Website facts | 3/10 | lotus303dewa.com was registered on 1 Oct 2025 (Namecheap, expires 1 Oct 2027) with the owner hidden, so the domain HotStakes links is one month old. The brand also runs on lotus303jp.com, lotus303prediksi.com and lotus303.casino, and the site itself warns about 'phishing/scam links using the LOTUS303 name'. No company name or address. Contact: WhatsApp +63 931 090 4325 (Philippine number), Telegram @lotus303official and live chat (direct.lc.chat). source source source source |
| Payment safety | 4/10 | Payment logos show bank transfer, e-wallets and QRIS; the terms also allow 'pulsa' (phone-credit) deposits and say EDC, cheque and giro deposits are not accepted. No crypto address is shown, and bank account details appear only after login, so we could not check whether deposits go to a company or a personal account. source source |
| HotStakes test | 0/5 | HotStakes lists LOTUS303 with a direct link (lobby-checked only). Not tested by HotStakes with a real deposit and withdrawal. source |
