Is CYL88 legit?

What we checked (1 Nov 2026). CYL88 (also written “Cylbet88”) is a Malaysia-facing casino that HotStakes lists with a direct link to cyl88a.xyz. That address refused to connect when we opened it, so we checked the brand’s live site at cyl88.shop and its mirrors: the licence claim against regulators’ registers and PAGCOR’s public notice, the public pages and game lobby, complaint sites and warning lists, the terms, the domain records and the payment methods shown.

What we found. The site names no regulator, no licence number and no company. PAGCOR’s “Notice to the Public” lists “cyl88.online” among websites that are “not related to or endorsed by PAGCOR”. Games (JILI, ClotPlay, V-Power, Rich Gaming, WF Gaming, KissH5) open a login page, so we could not inspect them. There is no public terms page; the Promotions, FAQ and About links all return to the home page. A pop-up says “SAVE THESE DOMAINS” and names cyl88.info; the footer links cyl88.store and the sister brands A66, Starbucks88, Pavilion88, RA88, Million88, Alpha66, Taxi666, Crown99 and WZ66. The five-star “testimonials” on the page, including the masked phone numbers, are word-for-word the same as those on Alpha66’s site. Several “cyl88” pages in search results (cyl88v.net, cyl88.online) are affiliate landing pages that pass visitors to other platforms. We found no withdrawal complaints anywhere and the brand is not on Bank Negara Malaysia’s alert list, so the payout score is not zero.

What readers should do. Score 30/100: avoid. A brand whose addresses stop working, that publishes no terms and no verifiable licence, gives you nothing to rely on if a withdrawal is refused. If you already have money there, withdraw what you can and keep screenshots of every transaction. CYL88 is welcome to reply with a licence number and company name that can be checked on a regulator’s register; we will add any reply here and re-check.

Right of reply. We looked for a public email for CYL88 on cyl88.shop on 1 Nov 2026: none found (only Telegram and live chat). The operator can reply through hotstakes.io/list-your-brand/ and we will update this page.
