What we checked (30 Oct 2026). We read the public pages of bk8.com, its Malaysian site bk8masd.com and bk8asiaonline.com, looked for the claimed licences on the Curaçao Gaming Control Board register and the Anjouan validator, read Casino Guru’s complaint list, searched Trustpilot, Reddit, Lowyat and the news, checked the Bank Negara Malaysia and SC Malaysia alert lists, and looked up the domain’s WHOIS record. We did not register, deposit, withdraw or contact support.
What we found. BK8’s own sites do not agree on their licence: bk8.com says Curaçao, bk8asiaonline.com says Anjouan (No. ALSI-202504032-FI2, Mettlemind Tech Ltd). We could not find bk8.com on the Curaçao register, and the Anjouan validator reported the domain as not licensed when we queried it directly (the validator may need the operator’s own seal link). Games could not be inspected without an account. Complaints are few for a brand this size: Casino Guru shows 16, none unresolved, though one USD 7,700 confiscation case had no reply from the casino. Bonus turnover is 35x on deposit plus bonus, and terms allow confiscation for ‘low-risk play’ during bonus wagering. The company name appears on only one of its sites, and support is live chat only.
What readers should do. Score 44/100 means “avoid” under our formula: the two main reasons are a licence we could not verify on any register and no HotStakes test. There is no evidence of a pay-to-withdraw demand or repeated non-payment. If you play, avoid bonuses unless you accept the confiscation clauses, keep records of every deposit, and ask live chat in writing which licence covers Malaysian players.
