How 4D works: Big and Small bets, i-Perm and box bets, odds, draw days and what each prize position pays per RM1.
Choose any four-digit number from 0000 to 9999 and a stake of at least RM1. On draw night the operator picks 23 winning numbers: 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize, 10 Special and 10 Consolation. If your number matches one of them in the right bet type, you win.

Big gives more ways to win; Small pays more on the top three. Many players put RM1 on each.
A permutation bet covers every ordering of your digits. 1234 has 24 orderings, 1123 has 12, 1122 has 6, 1112 has 4. You pay for each ordering, so the stake is higher and the prize per RM1 is the same as a straight bet.
There are 10,000 possible numbers and 23 winning positions, so a Big bet wins something about 1 time in 435, and a Small bet 1 in 3,333. The house keeps roughly a third of all stakes over time. Treat 4D as paid entertainment, never as income.
Malaysian operators draw on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 PM, with occasional Tuesday special draws. Singapore Pools draws at 6:30 PM. Cambodian operators draw every day. See today's results.
